In-stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they have not been washed, worn, or altered. To request an exchange: please submit a new order on the website. The cost of shipping for an elective return and/or exchange is at the expense of the purchaser. Boost Engagement reserves the right to have final judgment on elective returns. Client will not be charged a restocking fee for this service. Elective returns or exchanges are not accepted on Made-To-Order items due to the custom nature of the products.
