All in-stock items are shipped the same day, if your order is received by 1:00 p.m. EST, M-F. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST will ship the following business day. Rush orders will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. EST, M-F. For your order to qualify as a rush order, you must contact Customer Care immediately after you place your order and notify them that it is a rush. Rush orders apply only to "in-stock" items. Orders containing backordered items will be shipped together once all items are back in stock. Product stock levels are displayed on the product page, and any backordered items will be flagged with a message during checkout. When your order ships, you can find your order tracking information by clicking on My Account in this website.

Made-to-order items in this store include a lead time in the item's description. Made-to-order items are shipped direct from the manufacturing facility once production is complete.
